- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment is verified and stock is confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Urban Pet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
